2" Spring Relief Valve

Direct acting spring actuated relief valve for emergency pressure relief. Externally adjustable using hex screw. Seat made from high strength, corrosion resistant material. Designed for operating temperatures from -30°C to +110°C. Max discharge rate approximately 150 gpm.

3" EXL Back Pressure Relief Valve

Next generation nitrogen actuated relief valve with enhanced internal geometry, unique sealing components, and robust forging. Resets near sequencing pressure for uninterrupted pumping stages. Approximate flow rate of 2,000 gpm. Should be set at minimum 1,000 psi above system operating pressure.

3" Nitrogen Full Bore Unloading Valve

Full bore unloading valve that operates as a dump valve, remaining open until the pump system is shut down and the valve is reset. Recommended for operators who want full system shutdown after an overpressure event. Externally adjustable from 1,000 psi to maximum setting.

3" Spring Relief Valve

Direct acting spring actuated relief valve for 3" connections. Externally adjustable. Designed for emergency pressure relief with max discharge rate of approximately 430 gpm.

Automated Relief Valve Control (A.R.C.) System

Remote electronic control system for operating SPM nitrogen relief valves. Provides accurate sequencing pressure calibration via touch screen panel located away from the flow line. Features 30-minute backup battery, visual and audible alarms, emergency dump valve button, and PSI to MPa units toggle.

SPM EXL Pressure Relief Disc

Replaceable rupture disc for overpressure protection, intended to be used alongside SPM nitrogen or spring relief valves. In-line housing (MxF) installs on fluid ends or within treating iron lines. Replaceable discs available in wide range of set pressures with burst pressure tolerance of +/- 5%. Rupture disc machined from durable, corrosion resistant material. Sold as separate housing and disc kit assemblies.

3" 1502 Ball Injector

SPM Sur-Drop ball injector featuring a Positive Feed System for reliable feed and injection rate. Supports ball sizes from .88" to 1.25". Two-piece screw assembly allows convenient replacement of the drive stem. Adaptor kits available to adjust ball size range by replacing inner screw and inner housing.

2" Adjustable Choke

Adjustable choke valve using a stem and seat combination to control flow rate. Flow adjusted by turning the hand wheel to a calibrated orifice size. Orifice indicator calibrated in 1/64" increments with V-notch alignment. Maximum orifice size of 1".

2" Positive Choke

Positive choke valve providing fixed flow rate through the use of a choke bean. Flow rate controlled by choke bean orifice size.

3" Adjustable Choke

Adjustable choke valve for 3" 1502 connections. Maximum orifice size of 2". Uses stem and seat combination with hand wheel adjustment.

2" 1502 Hose Loop

All-steel hose loop utilizing field-proven SPM swivel joints for greater flexibility, shock and vibration resistance, and uniform flow. Designed to easily fold up for storage and transportation.

2" 1502 Pup Joint

Single piece of forged metal with machined hammer union or Safety Iron connections (no subs). Forged surface on O.D. Available in standard lengths only. Tolerance: +/-.25".

Integral union long radius elbow connections for reduced pressure drop and flow turbulence.

Short Crossovers (under 24")

Single piece of forged metal with machined hammer union or Safety Iron connections (no subs). Machined surface on O.D. Custom lengths available. For connecting different size or type flowline equipment.

Tees

Integral union tee connections. Manufactured from high strength alloy steel forgings. Available in 2" through 4" sizes.

2" 1502 NPS Pipe

Non-pressure seal pipe with elastomer seal protecting threads from high pressure fluid exposure. Threaded sub incorporates epoxy for a permanent assembly bond. Includes identification groove on all non-pressure seal threaded subs per API RP-7HU1. Tolerance: +/-.72".

3" 1502 NPS Pipe

Non-pressure seal pipe for 3" 1502 connections. Elastomer seal protects threads. Tolerance: +/-.72".

4" 1002 NPS Pipe

Non-pressure seal pipe for 4" 1002 connections. Elastomer seal protects threads. Tolerance: +/-.72".
