Edvard Grieg — Flexible Squeeze Riser
The old way of running scale-squeeze operations on Edvard Grieg required 13 personnel, multiple pumps, extensive treating iron, and hours of manual rig-up per well.
We designed a pre-rigged Flexible Squeeze Riser (FSR) that arrives offshore ready to operate — a combined manifold, choke, mixing system and flow-control package housed in a single open-top basket, connected via a 3" 10K Black Eagle hose through the intervention hatch.

World's First All-Electric CTDL
We launched the world’s first all-electric Coiled Tubing Downline System with the capacity to deploy 2 3/8" OD coil tubing to a depth of -2,400m.
Fully electric. Single-lift installation on any vessel for quick install and sea-fastening. True plug and play. Designed for pre-commissioning, light well intervention (LWI), and subsea services teams who need to lower costs, improve productivity, and reduce vessel time.

Deep-Water Pipeline Pre-Commissioning
We delivered two complete downline systems to support deep-water pipeline pre-commissioning in Southern Italy.
Stage one: 850m of 5" SoluForce hose in two sections installed on a 4.5m drum with live centre and swivel, deployed by a newly manufactured spooler unit (FCS-10304) powered by one of our HPUs. All equipment shipped from Sola by road and sea to the construction vessel mobilisation ports of Palermo/Trapani. Purpose: wet buckle contingency during pipe installation.

Baku — Custom Drive Shaft & Hose System
A client called on a Friday afternoon. They needed a 500m length of 6ND SoluForce H-515 hose on a deployment drum. We carry that ready to go. The challenge was a custom drum drive to match equipment in Baku.
Working from the original manufacturing drawings, our machinists, welders, and technicians produced a custom drive shaft, butterfly and bearing assembly, fitted them to the 4.5m drum, tested everything, and prepared the unit for shipment within one week.

Troll A — 1.8km Hose Transfer System
Equinor engaged FCS to transfer well clean-up fluids between the Troll A platform and the DP2 shuttle tanker Siri Knutsen during the TP3 well clean-up operation. Fluids pumped from a temporary process/storage facility on Troll A (operated by EXPRO) to Siri Knutsen (operated by Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers), via subsea hose deployed from installation vessel Edda Freya.
We delivered the complete transfer package: two reel systems each carrying 900m of SoluForce H 515 (6") RTP hose, hydraulic-powered deployment reels, HPUs, a new-build over-boarding chute with inbuilt accumulator, and a KLAW Zero dry-disconnect unit installed at the Troll A hang-off station. Auxiliary kit included a custom bend stiffener, 48 buoyancy elements, pull-in caps, and securing clamps — all designed and manufactured in-house.

Shah Deniz 2 — Split Drum Hose Deployment
Together with our client we delivered and factory-tested a wireless-operated split-drum hose deployment and recovery system, powered by a 55 kW HPU.
The drum carries two 600m H 415 SoluForce hoses at 277 bar working pressure, fed from a vessel-based Halliburton pump spread through a full-bore swivel. Each 600m length was manufactured as 470m sections at the SoluForce facility in Enkhuizen and joined with Flex Joints.
