Coiled Tubing Downline System (CTDL)
World-first all-electric coiled tubing downline system for deployment and retrieval of coiled tubing from multiservice vessels and offshore facilities. Comprising a matched pair of reel skids with all-electric liquid-cooled drive, planetary gearbox, and integrated level-wind sheave. Single lift 'Plug & Play' configuration. No hydraulic system — zero emissions, low operating cost, high uptime.
Hose Chute – Tilting Type
Tilting hose chute for controlled overboard deployment of hoses. Incorporates an integrated hose cutter. Designed to tilt and lock for transit. DNV 2.7-1 certified.
Hose Drum with Live Shaft
Heavy-duty hose drum with live centre shaft for offshore deployment of large-bore hoses. Designed for high-capacity hose storage and deployment from vessels and offshore facilities.
Hose Reel c/w Level Wind (2–3 inch)
Hydraulic hose reel with level wind for 2–3 inch hoses. Capacity for 2 x 500m Parker hoses. 4-point DNV 2.7-1 certified lifting lugs.
Hose Reel c/w Level Wind (4–6 inch)
Heavy-duty hydraulic hose reel with level wind for 4–6 inch hoses. Capacity for 1000m of SoluForce H515 (6ND). Supplied with certified lifting yoke and spreader bar.
Hose Spooler Unit
Heavy-duty hydraulic hose spooler for controlled deployment and retrieval of large-bore hoses offshore. Radio remote or local manual control. Hose drum transported as a separate item. Supplied with certified lifting yoke and spreader bar.
Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU)
ATEX-rated hydraulic power unit for offshore and subsea operations. Provides hydraulic supply for hose reels, spoolers, and other hydraulic-driven deck equipment.
