FCS Completes ISO Audit

Fluid Control Service is pleased to announce that the company has completed the audit process and has been recommended for continued certification to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 3834-2 standards.

The QHSE Manual and all related procedures have been reviewed for compliance and all employees have been trained on the updated manual.

The scope of the FCS management system is defined as Rental, Sales and Service of Flow Control Equipment. The audit was performed by KIWA an accredited audit organization. Audit plan included a review of sales order entry, purchasing, engineering and manufacturing processes. There was also emphasis on how the company measures overall business performance and customer satisfaction.
