The facility
Dedicated offshore welding hall
Our welding hall is built for offshore work, and the same standards apply when we fabricate for industrial, energy, and onshore clients. Frames to DNV 2.7-1, stainless steel pipework, sheet metal enclosures, machine guards. Every job stays in-house from fit-up through final pressure testing.
Six qualified WPS procedures covering carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and low alloy steel. Every build comes with full material and process traceability and a comprehensive data book.
