The facility
Dedicated high-pressure test cells
Our testing facility runs dedicated safety-enclosed test cells with full camera monitoring via GE security cameras. All instrumentation carries traceable calibration certificates, and every test is logged with pressure gauges, data loggers, and mechanical recorders.
We hold an extensive inventory of Weco, API, Cameron, Graylock, and SPO fittings, covering SAE, SPO, DIN, and API piping standards in RF, RTJ, and hub configurations from Fig 50 to Fig 2202.

Testing methods
Hydrostatic testing
Water-based pressure testing for valves, pipework, manifolds, and assemblies. Safe, reliable, and fully documented.
Nitrogen testing
Gas pressure testing where hydrostatic testing is not appropriate. Controlled and monitored throughout.
Data logging
Continuous pressure recording via calibrated electronic data loggers and mechanical loggers for every test.
GE camera monitoring
Live visual monitoring of each test cell via GE security cameras during pressurisation.
Calibrated instrumentation
All gauges and instruments carry traceable calibration certificates. No unverified equipment.
NDT Inspection
Non-destructive testing
Fluid Control is an approved NDT Level 3 inspection company, certified by CB Eurocert AS. NDT services are performed at our facility or on-site at your location.
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Surface and near-surface defect detection in ferromagnetic materials. Welds, forgings, castings.
Penetrant Testing (PT)
Dye penetrant inspection for surface-breaking defects. Suitable for all non-porous materials.
Ultrasonic Wall Thickness (UT)
Non-intrusive wall thickness measurement. Corrosion monitoring and remaining wall assessment.
CB Eurocert AS — NDT Level 3
Approved inspection company. All NDT work performed or supervised by qualified Level 3 personnel.
