We handle the complete service cycle for flowline and valve equipment, from initial inspection and fault diagnosis through to repair, testing, certification, and return to service. Workshop and on-site capability.
As an authorized WeirSPM repair facility, we provide OEM-standard aftermarket services with access to genuine parts. We also support all other major flow control brands.

Inspection & fault diagnosis
Visual, dimensional, and NDT inspection. Written fault report with recommended actions and costs.
Repair & overhaul
Full strip-down, component replacement, and rebuild. Pumps, valves, swivels, hammer unions, chokes.
Hydraulic systems
Repair and overhaul of hydraulic pumps, actuators, control valves, and associated components.
Manifold manufacturing
In-house production of custom manifolds to drawing or specification.
Iron recertification
Full documentation package: working pressure, service type, temperature rating, traceability.
Modifications
Equipment modifications to updated specifications or customer requirements.
Field service
On-site inspection, installation support, commissioning, and maintenance. Offshore available.

In-house test facility
High-pressure testing
Workshop pressure testing as standard on all repaired equipment before return. On-site testing available on request.
MPI & DPI
Magnetic particle and dye penetrant inspection for surface and near-surface defect detection.
Wall thickness measurement
Ultrasonic wall thickness checks on flowlines, manifolds, and pressure-bearing components.
Hardness testing
Material hardness verification as part of inspection and recertification.
Annual inspection
Scheduled preventive maintenance and annual certification programmes. Major service combined with pressure testing.

Choke manifolds
All brands. Valve replacement, seat and trim service, body inspection.
Gate & ball valves
Full rebuild including seats, stems, packing, and actuator components.
Hydraulic pumps
Strip-down, seal replacement, pressure testing, and performance verification.
Hose assemblies
Fitting replacement, pressure testing, and visual inspection to ISO/API.
