HPHT seal qualification
Our testing facility qualifies high-pressure elastomeric seals, union lip seals, and O-rings, with a primary focus on hammer lug unions, under extreme temperature and pressure conditions.
A dedicated test rig runs pressure and thermal cycling tests to verify that components meet API, DNV, and industry regulatory requirements across both sub-zero and elevated-temperature operating ranges.
Every seal configuration is checked against the pressure and thermal limits required for field service.
Capabilities
High pressure, high temperature

The same rig runs the cold side, with an industrial freezer for sub-zero conditioning.
