VLF Swivel, Butt-weld Ends
Maintenance-free Very Low Friction swivel designed to obtain minimum friction when rotating and prevent twisted hoses. Used to ensure safe bulk transmission.
Specifications
Construction Specially designed for bulk-loading hoses to result in safe and reduced loading time. Maintenance free — its unique design makes it tight from the outside and requires no lubrication. Can be delivered with thread, flange or hub.
Material Quality Standard body and other main parts in stainless steel: AISI 316 / AISI 303. Other material qualities on request.
Temperature Range -40°C to +150°C
Documentation Material certificates with traceability acc. DIN 50049-3.1
Applications Installation on equipment where rotation takes place or where rotation can occur. Maximum radial load is 200 N/m calculated from the swivel center. Designed for axial loads. Part of the reuse program.
