Hydrostatic Pressure Testing and Inspection

Our facility is made for Hydrostatic pressure testing with closed off area for safety can provide certified, high pressure testing up to 30,000 psi.

The operation is performed using fluids or nitrogen and all metering instrumentation is supplied with the relevant traceable certificate of calibration and documentation packages. During testing, the pressure will be visible on gauges and logged on data, or mechanical logger. We are also monitoring this on GE security cameras that are installed in each test cell.

Fluid Control has a full range of Weco Blind plugs from Fig 50 to Fig 2202, Blind Flange API, Ansi , Din Blind Hubs Cameron, Graylock, SPO and a wide range of specialist fittings and test equipment. Our extensive stocks caters for piping standards SAE, SPO, DIN, API in RF, RTJ or hub type configurations, test plugs for flange and weld integrity test (internal joint testers).

Inspection

Fluid Control is an approved Inspection company NDT Level 3 from CB Eurocert AS.

Test methods:  MT and PT.

In addition to NDT, we also do Ultrasonic Wall thickness tests.
