Fluid Control offers a Service Program that consists of commissioning new iron, iron refurbishment, high-pressure manifold/units recertification, periodic maintenance, and refurbishment. We stock an array of repair parts and new products in order to quickly handle any customers’ need.

Services include, but are not limited to:

• On-site inspection, certification, and commissioning, testing, repair and field service
• Repair and overhaul of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves and more
• In-house manufacturing of manifolds
• Rental from stock
• Repair  for all brands of flow control products
• Modifications
• Assistance during commissioning, installation & maintenance
• Courses and training programs
• New product sales
• Iron recertification/documentation

Besides the standard High-Pressure testing in our workshop, we also perform other mandatory tests and inspections including:

• Wall thickness measurements
• M.P.I. measurements and D.P.I
• Hardness testing
• Annual inspections combined with preventive maintenance
• Major service combined with pressure testing

If requested or necessary, we can conduct a number of these tests at your location.
