The audit was led by Rolf Kristensen, Halliburton’s Sr. Advisor Quality & Process Execution – who attested that FCS had suitably designed and implemented controls across key areas: Management System, Technical, Quality Controls, Supplier Management and verified that overall operations meet Halliburton’s contract and system requirements.
Rolf Kristensen added that audits are about looking for Compliance and Improvements for both FCS and also Halliburton not just identifying NCRs.
FCS’ HSE&Q Manager, Henriette Sevland whose responsible for the development of processes and systems tested in the audit, put the accomplishment in context. “We embraced the challenge of designing and updating our management system and processes to meet the highest standards of accountability,” she said. “The successful completion of this audit is a testament to how seriously we take our commitments to our partners and our customers.”
FCS believes Continuous Improvement is a team effort both in-house and together with our Customers. While this audit examines key controls at FCS, this assessment also requires FCS to maintain and operate consistently for the entire period under contract with Halliburton.
